| Dear all, Reading is fun. It is also fun to share your feedback with others. Let us use this platform to share our reading. Your task: 1. Form into groups of 4 or 5 2. After reading a book, write about the story and your feedback about the book. You can compose a new ending, write a letter to one of the charactors, what would you do if you were one of the charactor? and many others... 3. Read your group mates' feedback and give comments on their feedback. Write your views and encourage them. 4. Enjoy reading and writing.  |

| Welcome! This is my first blog entry. It's exciting to publish something on the web. Hope that this become a useful tool in helping my students to improve their reading and writing. Let me introduce myself first. I am an English teacher. I have been teaching English for many many years. Nowadays, it is more and more challenging to be a teacher.(especially being an English teacher) You have tons and tons of workloads. Also, you have to update yourself to the latest pedagogy in teaching and learning, the new syllabus. You have to deal with students' behavioural problems. It seems that I am discouraging those who wants to be a teacher. My advice for them is that if you want to be a teacher, you have to be tough. Of course, there is also some job satisfaction. If you see your students' improvement, you will feel wonderful. |
